This website operates as a digital coordination platform. Order requests submitted through this website are processed and fulfilled exclusively by independent third-party fulfilment partners (“Fulfilment Partners”).

All shipments are international consignments and are dispatched cross-border from fulfilment locations outside the customer’s country of residence. Fulfilment Partners operate under their own legal, regulatory and commercial frameworks and are responsible for the physical handling, packaging and dispatch of goods.

The platform does not manufacture, store, package, export, import or physically ship any products and does not act as the exporter or importer of record. Payments collected through this website relate solely to the Platform Service Fee for coordination services.
The Platform Service Fee does not represent the purchase price of physical goods.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the importation of tobacco and other age-restricted products is lawful in the destination country and for complying with all applicable customs, excise, tax and import regulations.

International Shipping Responsibility
Tobacco regulations, customs procedures and import restrictions vary significantly between countries and may change without prior notice.
By placing an order through this website, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the customs, excise, tax and import requirements applicable in their destination country, and that they are legally permitted to import tobacco or other age-restricted products.
The customer acts as the sole importer of record and is fully responsible for complying with destination country laws, providing any required documentation, and paying any applicable duties, taxes or charges.
The platform does not provide customs brokerage or clearance services and cannot intervene in, influence, or override customs inspections, clearance procedures or regulatory decisions made by destination country authorities.

Fulfilment and Dispatch Process
Orders submitted through this website are coordinated with independent third-party fulfilment partners (“Fulfilment Partners”). All physical product preparation and dispatch activities are carried out exclusively by the Fulfilment Partners in accordance with their own operational procedures and legal obligations.

Order processing generally follows the sequence below:

  • An order request is received through the platform.
  • Product availability and destination feasibility are verified by the Fulfilment Partner.
  • Payment is accepted only after confirmation is received from the Fulfilment Partner.
  • Following payment confirmation, shipment preparation is carried out by the Fulfilment Partner.
  • Shipments are handed over to the national postal service or courier operator by the Fulfilment Partner in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
  • Once dispatch has taken place, tracking information is generated and shared with the customer where available.

The average shipment preparation time after payment confirmation is typically 1–3 business days. Depending on product sourcing time, operational workload, dispatch schedules and customs requirements in the origin country, this period may in some cases extend to 3–7 business days.

Postal handling times, airline routing, customs inspections and destination country delivery processes are independently controlled by the relevant authorities and postal operators. The platform does not control postal operations, transport timelines or customs processing schedules.

Important Notice on Shipping Methods and Transit Times
Available international shipping methods may vary depending on the destination country and the fulfilment origin. The examples below illustrate commonly used international postal services:

  • International Registered Mail (tracking available): approximately 10–40 days
  • Express Mail Service (EMS) (tracking available): approximately 5–15 days

These examples are provided for general informational purposes only. Not all shipping methods are available for every destination, and service names, processing flows and operational handling may differ by country and postal authority.

The estimated transit times above are provided by the originating postal service and generally refer to the period up to arrival in the destination country. These estimates do not include customs processing or final domestic delivery to the recipient.

Customs inspections, import procedures, domestic postal distribution, airline routing, weather disruption, operational constraints and regulatory checks are independently managed by postal authorities and government agencies. These processes are outside the platform’s control and may extend total delivery time.

The shipping methods, service names and indicative transit times listed above do not represent guarantees or service commitments, and may vary depending on destination country, postal infrastructure capacity and prevailing operational conditions.

The final and authoritative shipping information including available service options, estimated transit times and applicable shipping costs for a specific order is displayed on the checkout page prior to payment confirmation.
In the event of any discrepancy, the information shown at checkout shall prevail.

Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are issued after the shipment has been dispatched by the Fulfilment Partner and are shared either through the customer account or via the shipping confirmation email.

As international consignments are transported through national and international postal networks, tracking visibility depends entirely on postal scanning events performed by the relevant postal authorities. Real-time tracking is not guaranteed and status updates may not appear continuously.

Once a shipment is recorded with a status such as “Dispatched from Origin Country”, “International Dispatch”, or any equivalent wording indicating transfer to the international postal network, the shipment is considered to have successfully left the origin country and entered international transit.
A lack of further scans or updates during this stage does not indicate loss, delay, non-delivery, or operational failure.

Shipments in international transit remain in this status until a new tracking event is generated by either the origin country postal service or the destination country postal service.
Until such a new tracking event is recorded, the shipment is not considered lost, delayed or undeliverable, and is not eligible for return, reshipment or service fee adjustment under any policy, including the Return, Reshipment & Service Fee Adjustment Policy, unless otherwise expressly stated.

Tracking information is created, updated and controlled exclusively by postal operators and not by the platform or its Fulfilment Partners. The platform cannot alter, accelerate, correct or influence postal tracking data or update frequency.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Compliance
All international shipments may be subject to customs duties, excise taxes, VAT, import processing fees and/or regulatory charges imposed by the destination country authorities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid entirely by the customer.

The customer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for ensuring that the importation of tobacco and/or other age-restricted products is lawful in the destination country, including compliance with:

  • import licensing requirements
  • product restrictions
  • quantity limits
  • age-verification regulations
  • postal import rules
  • excise / tax obligations

Customs authorities may, at their discretion, inspect, delay, assess duties on, refuse entry to, seize, return, or destroy shipments. These actions are outside the platform’s control and form part of the normal risk associated with cross-border purchasing.

Accordingly, the platform and its Fulfilment Partners are not responsible or liable for:

  • customs delays or extended processing time
  • duty or tax assessments
  • refusal of entry or return to sender
  • seizure or destruction of goods
  • inspection outcomes
  • administrative penalties
  • any financial loss arising from the above

Customs decisions do not create eligibility for refund, reshipment, chargeback or service fee adjustment unless expressly provided for under the applicable platform policies (including the Return, Reshipment & Service Fee Adjustment Policy and, where selected, the Shipping Insurance Policy).

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they understand and accept the above responsibilities and risks.

Customs Declaration
All shipments are declared fully and accurately in accordance with applicable postal regulations and export control laws in the country of origin.
Products are declared as “tobacco” or the legally required equivalent description, together with the correct shipment value and other declaration details as required by law.

The platform and its independent Fulfilment Partners do not:

  • misdeclare product type or contents
  • declare tobacco products as “gifts”, “samples” or unrelated items
  • undervalue shipments
  • remove or alter regulatory information
  • bypass age-restricted product declaration requirements

Requests to modify, conceal, alter, misdescribe or understate shipment information will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Where destination country customs authorities impose duties, refuse entry, seize or return shipments based on lawful declaration, this forms part of the normal import compliance risk assumed by the customer as importer of record. Such outcomes do not entitle the customer to a refund, chargeback, compensation or reshipment except as expressly provided under applicable platform policies.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that lawful declaration is required and agrees not to request or encourage misdeclaration in any form.

Shipping Insurance (Overview)
Shipping Insurance is an optional, service-based protection that may be offered at checkout for eligible destinations only. Where available and selected, Shipping Insurance provides the customer with additional predefined resolution options in the event of shipment loss during transit or seizure by destination country customs authorities, subject to the limits and conditions stated in the Shipping Insurance Policy.

Shipping Insurance does not guarantee delivery, customs clearance, transit speed, or postal handling outcomes, and it does not replace or reduce the customer’s responsibility as importer of record under destination country law.

Availability, coverage scope, pricing, eligibility, exclusions and claim conditions vary by destination and may be updated periodically. Shipping Insurance may not be available for all countries. Where Shipping Insurance is not available or is not selected at checkout, the shipment is treated as a non-insured shipment, and only the remedies applicable to non-insured shipments will apply.

All remedies provided under Shipping Insurance including any reshipment or service fee adjustment are service-based remedies only and do not constitute refunds of product purchase value. Benefits are strictly limited to the conditions and limits stated in the Shipping Insurance Policy and are generally limited to a single remedy per order.

  • delivery timelines or transit duration
  • approval or acceptance of the shipment by destination authorities
  • exemption from duties, taxes, storage charges, or inspection
  • delivery of the shipment in all circumstances

All import related outcomes remain solely the responsibility of the customer acting as importer of record.
